• Our app is free to use and there is no charge on users.

• We are glad to listen to the user’s feedbacks and suggestions.

• We are not responsible for any content or a video uploaded by any user.

• We are not responsible for any insults or abusive statements spoken and written from any user.

• Users cannot upload offensive, immoral pictures and videos.

• We are not liable of any injuries caused by our app, this app is for fun and for people to challenge each other’s.

• The user must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

• We have the right to delete any content we see it inappropriate.

• We are allowed to terminate the reported account when ten other users reported it for the reasons mentioned.

• We have the right to delete any abusive or offensive comment written by users.

• Any racism content is not allowed on our app and it is the user’s responsibility.

• Users are not allowed to provide inaccurate information.

• Users are not allowed to do activities above their law country and uploaded on the app.

• Violation and encouraging any violation things is not allowed on our app.

• Users are not allowed to sell their account to other users.

• Users can edit their video by another app and uploaded it on our app.

• We are permitted to terminate any user’s account who doesn’t commit with our terms and conditions.

• Users can use the block button if they are not interested in the other user to be their fan.

• Users can report an account if they saw something mysterious and we take the decision of termination.

• We are not responsible for service and features offered by other people or companies on our application.

• We do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee completeness, truthfulness, accuracy and reliability of posts done by users.

• We are not responsible for any financial agreements or deals done between users.

• We are not responsible for any financial losses since it is an application for fun and for free.

• Users may advertise for a product or service by uploading it on their posts, users are responsible for what content they upload and any agreements occurred, it is not from our duties or responsibilities to follow any of the both sides of the agreement, it is an agreement between two sides only which is users.

• We have the right to delete any advertisement we see it in appropriate or immoral.

• Users shall commit to the advertisements guidelines.

• We do not interfere deals done between any of the users also we do not take a side.

• The advertisement will be in the shape of photo or a video with maximum 60 seconds.

• Users can view their uploaded photos and videos in the gallery of their profile and can save it there.

• Users can chat with each other’s and we are not responsible of the kind of messages they send.

• NokyNok has the right to eliminate the application at anytime.
